Refund and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Doria Perfumes! We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer the option to return or exchange items under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return or an exchange.
  • Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
    • Unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original sealed condition due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved (i.e., the item is unopened and in its original condition), we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.  
  • The time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account may vary depending on your card issuer's policies.  

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please ensure the original item meets the conditions stated above (unopened and in original packaging).
  • You can exchange the item for another product of the same value. If the new item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If it is of lower value, the difference will be handled according to our store's current procedures (e.g., store credit or partial refund).

Process for Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us at:

  2. Provide Details: Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.
  3. Return the Item:
    • In-Store: You can bring the item to our physical store location at Ezdan Mall, Al Gharaffa.
    • Shipping: If you are returning the item via shipping (for online orders if applicable, please clarify if this option is supported), you will be responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, or damaged item). Please ensure the item is well-packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Important Notes:

  • Doria Perfumes reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the above conditions.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • This policy is applicable for purchases made through our website https://doriaperfumesqa.com/ and at our physical store at Ezdan Mall, Al Gharaffa.

We encourage you to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
